Cooking

Well, Thanksgiving will be here shortly, and everyone is cooking like mad. We have been at it for days already. The menu this year is similar to most years:
Turkey, stuffing, cranberries, sweet potatoes, black olives, mashed potatoes, rolls, corn, carrots & peas, mixed vegetables, and loads of pies and breads for dessert.

So, I ask my American watchers, what is your family's menu for Thanksgiving?

And for all my non-American watchers, do you have a similar holiday, one set around getting as much of your family together as you can and having a huge dinner? And if so, what kind of menu does your family have for that dinner?
